ATLAS Assessments processes account, company profile, assessment, evidence, review, audit, and certificate information to provide the ATLAS assessment platform.
Information Processed
The platform may store user names, email addresses, roles, company details, registration and tax identifiers, social media/profile links, assessment responses, uploaded evidence files, review or audit requests, certificates, security logs, and administrative workflow notes.
Purpose
Information is used to operate accounts, persist assessment progress, support document review and audit workflows, publish or verify certificates where applicable, protect the service, and maintain audit records.
Evidence Uploads
Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and encrypted at rest by the application. Access is limited to the submitting account and authorized administrators.
Public Certificates
Only certificates explicitly published through the platform are available through public verification. Unpublished assessment and evidence data is not public.
Security
The platform uses HTTPS, authenticated sessions, CSRF protection for state-changing actions, password hashing, rate limiting, audit logging, and server-side authorization checks.
